1. About The ReStyle Boutique
The ReStyle Boutique is an independent luxury resale and consignment boutique offering new and pre-owned clothing, handbags, shoes, accessories, and other fashion items.
The ReStyle Boutique is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any of the designers or brands whose products we sell. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
2. Authenticity
The ReStyle Boutique is committed to selling authentic merchandise. We do not knowingly offer counterfeit merchandise for sale.
Because we are an independent resale and consignment business, items may have been previously owned or obtained from third-party consignors.
3. Item Condition
Our inventory consists primarily of resale and consignment merchandise. Unless an item is specifically identified as New With Tags (NWT) or otherwise described as new, customers should assume that an item has been previously owned and may show normal signs of wear.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately photograph and describe the condition of each item, including noticeable flaws when applicable. However, minor signs of wear consistent with a pre-owned item may not always be specifically noted.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all photographs, descriptions, sizing information, and condition details before completing a purchase. Additional photographs and measurements may be requested prior to purchase.
4. One-of-a-Kind Inventory
Many items offered by The ReStyle Boutique are one-of-a-kind and available in only one size or quantity. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout has been successfully completed.
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for the unavailable item.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time without notice. Promotions, discounts, and promotional codes may be subject to additional restrictions and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout when required by law.
6. Final Sale Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the unique nature of our resale and consignment inventory, The ReStyle Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, fit, sizing, color, change of mind, or normal characteristics of a pre-owned item.
Customers are encouraged to contact us with any questions and request additional measurements, photographs, or condition information before purchasing.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing after they are placed and therefore cannot be guaranteed to be canceled or modified.
The ReStyle Boutique reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
8. Shipping
We offer shipping within the United States where available. Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. The ReStyle Boutique is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur after a package leaves our possession.

9. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for qualifying orders.
Customers selecting local pickup will receive instructions regarding when and where their order can be collected. Please wait until your order is confirmed as ready before attempting pickup.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, and other information on our website are accurate. Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when appropriate.
